Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has named three stages of returning the areas of Donbas, now occupied by Russian-controlled forces, to Ukraine.
This is ceasefire, reconciliation, and safe reintegration of the occupied territories, the president told a Unity Forum in Mariupol on Oct 30, according to an UNIAN correspondent.
As UNIAN reported earlier, Zelensky on Oct 29 opened the first investment forum in the city of Mariupol.
"I am sure that we are now on the verge of an economic breakthrough. This is evidenced by key indicators. In the second quarter, we had 4.6% of real GDP growth. International organizations have substantially improved their forecasts for Ukraine's economic growth next year," he said at the RE:THINK. Invest in Ukraine Forum in Mariupol on Tuesday.

The president also announced the creation of a fund for the restoration and future reintegration of Donbas.
