Putin declines to describe Zelensky's character at press conference

Russian President Vladimir Putin declined to describe his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky's character at a press conference on Thursday.

The Russian president said he considered it wrong, adding he tried not to give an estimation of his counterparts' personal characteristics.

Yet, Putin says Zelensky must be an outstanding person to have won the presidential elections in Ukraine.
