Rada goes with preliminary approval of Constitutional amendments on judiciary

The relevant decision was supported by 244 out of 356 MPs registered in the session hall.

As UNIAN reported earlier, on February 1, Ukraine's Constitutional Court declared constitutional the revised draft law on amendments to the Constitution on judiciary.

This draft law is now finalized. Compared with the previous one, MPs again have the right to vote for non-confidence in the Prosecutor General of Ukraine - the norm already effective today.
