"The President said that nothing had changed in our relationship, and my dismissal was not agreed with him. The President said that he would talk with the new Prosecutor General to reinstate us in office," Sakvarelidze said.

With regard to the Prosecutor General, Sakvarelidze is not going to stand as a candidate: "I do not apply for this position, I have commented several times on this issue."
