"The fifth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation will begin on September 6. According to Article 85 of the Constitution of Ukraine, the president of Ukraine will deliver the annual address on the domestic and foreign situation of Ukraine on the opening day of the session," the report said.
