The allotment in Koncha-Zaspa belongs to the parliament since long ago, and earlier there were several cottages for rest.

The speaker noted that there is enough land for building such a town, but, it is necessary to obtain a consent of the parliament and the Cabinet of Ministers before building.

O.Moroz stressed that the amount of 250-300 million hryvnias appears to be much cheaper than giving to lawmakers money to receive dwelling in Kyiv.

He pointed out that lawmakers will live in the town only during their parliamentary tenure.
