Politicians taunted at each other in direct air

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko and Party of Regions leader Victor Yanukovych taunted at each other in the direct air of Shuster Live program at Ukraine television on Sunday.

In particular, the Party of Regions front-runner noted that he was pleased to see Yulia Tymoshenko in opposition, as her work there was more efficient. The current work of Tymoshenko was called by the Victor Yanukovych a “performance, watched by the whole world and Ukraine”.

According to Victor Yanukovych, “we don’t need any actors, or, how to say… a fashion house… We need state managers, able to talk a little but to do their work confidently. And to bear responsibility for every their word”.

In response, Yulia Tymoshenko recalled Yanukovych’s own “defile” in Europe, and advised him not to raise the topic of fashion and style: “as for the fashion house and my dresses, I’d like to say, Victor Fedorovych [Yanukovych], that the only time the whole Europe wrote about you was when you arrived in Europe in ostrich-leather shoes, which cost more than ten thousand euros.. Why did you kill the ostrich? So, you’d better not talk about the woman’s fashion. Because all of us perfectly know that lawmakers, when they go to parliament, they wear ties, suits, and shoes worth, probably, a hundred of monthly salaries of one normal person. You’d better not focus on this topic”.
