Andriy Zhyhulin, spokesman of the Verkhovna Rada Speaker, confirms that the Verkhovna Rada electronic voting system was really broken by BYuT faction representatives, but it has already been repaired and works normally.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he disclosed this to journalists today.

According to A.Zhyhulin, 46 voting panels of Rada system were broken. In particular, the spokesman showed coins, foil, clips and paper, which were pulled from the voting panels by parliament employees and transferred to Speaker Arseniy Yatseniuk.

Asked who exactly broke the voting system, A.Zhyhulin said: “It was done by those who spent the night here”.

In particular, the voting panels of OU-PSD and Party of Regions factions were blocked. The panels of Party of Regions leader Victor Yanukovych and OU-PSD faction leader Vyachelsav Kyrylenko did not work as well.

As it is known, representatives of the BYuT faction spent a whole night in parliament.
