SBU reveals documents with Russia's plans to rock the boat in 10-15 Ukrainian regions

According to him, the secret service has gotten letters revealing the plans to destabilize the situation in 10-15 regions of Ukraine in November.

"This information has been found during an operation, so I cannot say more than I've told... We see that the Russian Federation does not give up the idea of destabilizing the situation in Ukraine," Hrytsak said at a briefing in Odesa.
