Victor Yushchenko has met with BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko to discuss the current political situation and the place of her opposition bloc in Ukraine’s new constitutional setting, according to the President’s press-office.
The Head of State is convinced strong opposition is an integral feature of any democratic state but insists that both government and opposition should see several key directions of the country’s development (national security, foreign policy, humanitarian area, etc.) alike.
