Yulia Tymoshenko once again blamed President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko for pursuing his “personal interests” when announcing the snap parliamentary poll.

The Ukrainian Prime Minister also stressed she would prefer to occupy the post till the regular presidential election, and to hold talks on forming a new coalition in parliament.

She noted that the President does not have any resource for carrying out a consolidated foreign policy of Ukraine, namely when Kyiv needs, instead of joining NATO, to focus more on joining the European Union and integrating with the European security system.
