Answering questions of journalists about the situation in the Parliament, in Volyn region, President Victor Yushchenko said that it is crucial that the deputies found compromise and began working properly, according to the President`s press-office.
“If there is no way to form a coalition in the parliament then it is time for us to open the Constitution that provides answer to all crises. We must act within legislation framework”, - said Victor Yushchenko. He also added that election of the Speaker and 2009 State Budget are tests for the Parliament.
