Gerashchenko stressed the Minsk format of talks was derived from the Normandy Four format rather than being an independent one.
"Today, there are very serious concerns about the failure of the Minsk agreements on the part of the Russian Federation. We will be talking more on this, I believe, and in this context, I want to emphasize that the Minsk format is not independent, it is derived from the Normandy format, where Germany plays a key role, for what we are very grateful," said Gerashchenko.
