"We emphasize once again: there is only one reason for stopping a special pre-trial investigation – that's if suspect Yanukovych voluntarily appears before a pre-trial investigation body in the territory of Ukraine. There are no other grounds to stop a special pre-trial investigation," she said.

Sargan also noted that the case against former president of Ukraine would be submitted to the court in the near future.
