The congress of President Yushchenko’s Our Ukraine party elected a 214-member council after 11 hours of debates late on Saturday, according to Itar-Tass.

No sensation was produced. The party council includes prominent party figures ranging from the participants in the corruption scandal from the entourage of President Pyotr Poroshenko and Alexander Tretyakov to the head of presidential secretariat Viktor Baloga and former Prime Minister Yuri Yekhanurov.
