Yushchenko advises Yanukovych to follow constitutional way

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko advised Party of Regions leader Victor Yanukovych to achieve his goal in a constitutional way.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Victor Yushchenko said this to a press conference in Luhansk on Wednesday.

“Yesterday I held a conversation with the Party of Regions leader. I understand his aspirations. But he will enjoy understanding of the population if he follows a constitutional way towards his goal”, Victor Yushchenko noted. “I have no doubt, and I will not allow any election of President by parliament”, he added.

Victor Yushchenko expressed a hope that the Party of Regions will hear this warming.
