Verkhovna Rada opens

 After an hour and a half blocking of the Verkhovna Rada’s work  the leaders of the factions came back to the session hall from consultations, which took place in the room of the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada.

The leaders of the factions carried out brief sessions of their political forces directly in the session hall.

At 11.30 am, when the blocking was stopped, leaders of the parliament Volodymyr Lytvyn, Oleksandr Lavrynovych and Mykola Tomenko entered to the session hall. The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada asked to clear the rostrum, where there are a lot of newspapers.
