Fist Vice-Prime Minister Mykola Azarov awarded the Russian State Duma MP Kostyantyn Zatulin with an order “For revival of Ukraine”, according to Ukrayinska Pravda. It’s the same Zatulin who was forbidden to enter Ukraine on June 3 for his intervention in the internal affairs of Ukraine.
Azarov has honored Zatulin in presence of Russian Ambassador to Ukraine Viktor Chervomyrdyn and Russian delegates, according to the press-service for the Institution of the CIS countries.
At that, Zatulin thanked the President, the government of Ukraine, and all real friends of Russia for kindness and understanding. He expects that the State Security Service apologize for not allowing him to enter Ukraine.
The Russian national deputy came to Ukraine to participate in the session of the Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation for the Verkhovna Rada and the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
