President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko says that he will not sign a law on introducing amendments into the state budget for 2009 and proposes to parliament, in accordance with Constitution, to consider once again a law together with propositions submitted by him.
According to the Main service of information policy of the Secretariat of the President, it is said in the letter of the head of the state to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
