President appointed two new governors

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, with his decree, appointed Pavlo Kachur as chairman of the Sumy Oblast State Administration.

      According to the President’s press-office, Victor Yushchenko signed the respective decree #1127/2006 on 26 December.
