Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko leaves for Lugansk to examine circumstances of explosion in a resuscitation department in the city hospital №7, where an oxygen explosion took place.
The mass media department of the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers disclosed to UNIAN that the government formed an extraordinary commission, which will examine the circumstances of explosion and organize giving a help to people and carrying out of restoration works.
