Director General of “Kyivavtodor” communal service Georgiy Glinskyi said that 20% of city snow removers were broken during the work in city after the first snowfall.
According to Komsomolska Pravda in Ukraine newspaper, G. Glinskyi said this during the direct line in the newspaper commenting on a situation at Kyiv roads.
