Third President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko addressed first and second Presidents of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and Leonid Kuchma with a request to join his statement that the new Ukrainian – Russian agreement on basing of the Black Sea Fleet by 2042, - “is not Ukrainian business” and is not acceptable. He said this in an interview to 5 Kanal.
