An initiative to allow the Verkhovna Rada’s guarding service to search lawmakers’ personal belongings is a “primitive decision”.
Party of Regions member Svyatoslav Piskun said this on the air of 5 Kanal.
“Speaking about search of lawmakers’ personal belongings, it seems to me that it is a very primitive decision”, he said.

“If anyone intends to kill someone… he can just bring a small bottle of poison with him and no guard will be able to detect it”, said S. Piskun.
