The Appellate Court of Zakarpatya region has granted a petition of the Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) by reversing the ruling of Mukachevo Court on prohibition Speaker Oleksandr Moroz to sign the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.

The ruling of the Appellate Court has confirmed the argument of the OPG saying the Verkohovna Rada activity on passing laws is not an administrative function.
