Court officially allows Moroz to sign law on Cabinet
By reversing the ruling of Mukachevo Court
The Appellate Court of Zakarpatya region has granted a petition of the Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) by reversing the ruling of Mukachevo Court on prohibition Speaker Oleksandr Moroz to sign the Law on the Cabinet of Ministers, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.
The ruling of the Appellate Court has confirmed the argument of the OPG saying the Verkohovna Rada activity on passing laws is not an administrative function.
The Code of Administrative Procedure does not contain norms that allow referring the dispute on appeal of the Verkhovna Rada actions to the competence of administrative courts.
Last Friday the press-service of the Verkhovna Rada reported NU member Ihor Kril recalled his complaint from the Mukachevo Court.
