Yushchenko announces budget demands

Victor Yushchenko insists that the Verkhovna Rada fulfill his two demands when passing changes to this year’s budget, according to the President`s press-office.

      First of all, the President demands that they increase social spending. His second demand, however, is to improve social standards without making our budget deficit or national debt grow.
