Yanukovych eliminated some courts

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych eliminated Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhya, Lugansk and Kyiv interregional appelate economic courts

.It is said in the decree №811 from August 12, 2010, the text of the decree is posted at the official web site of the head of the state.

By the same decree the President created Rivne appelate economic court, where economic cases of 5 Oblasts will be considered: Rivne, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytsk and Vinnytsa Oblasts.
