The Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko presses for an immediate resignation of Interior Minister of Ukraine Vassyl Tsushko due to the murder of Russian businessman Maksym Kurochkin in the yard of a court in Kyiv.
UNIAN was told about this at the BYuT press-service.
According to the information of the press-service, today V.Tsushko, commenting on the murder of M.Kurchkin, said to journalists: “I know nothing, I was ill”. BYuT believes that this answer of V.Tsushko indicates that the Interior Minister absolutely does not supervise the criminal situation in the country.
“All the activities of the Interior Minister are focused on eventual protest actions of citizens and methods of struggle with them, and not the supervision over the criminogenic situation in Ukraine”, BYuT stresses.
