The Government will review a number of draft laws in the frame of harmonization the Ukrainian legislation with that of the EU, according to the Department of Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the CMU. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov announced that at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine session.
In particular, according to Mykola Azarov, the Government will pay attention to issues concerning the ratification of the Constitution, International Association of grain quality control and accession to the certification schemes of high quality grain, corn and sorghum.
«It will allow us to hand out international standard certificates of the seed quality, will increase the possibilities to sell the seed to other countries, will help to integrate into European seed marketing network», - he explained.
Besides, the Government will review the draft amendments to the customs tariff of Ukraine aimed at implementing the International Convention on harmonized system of goods description and coding that has been ratified by Ukraine. «This issue is urgent from the viewpoint of Free Trade Agreement with the EU. Its adoption will help to accelerate and simplify the customs clearance of goods, bring product assortment in compliance with modern harmonized system of goods description and coding, standardize foreign trade», - informed the Head of the Government.
Mykola Azarov pointed out that while working on simplification of permissive documents in building and putting them in compliance with the legislation the Cabinet of Ministries is planning to cancel those Government Acts that foresee the obligatory insurance of building and assembly jobs and insurance of property risks according to the Agreement on participation in Construction Financing Foundation.
