Yanukovych calls upon chairmen of OSA "to ensure festive mood to people" at polling stations

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych calls upon heads of the Oblast State Administrations to ensure a festive mood to people at polling stations during a voting at election of local power bodies.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of the state said this during the conference call with chairmen of the Oblast State Administrations.

“I would ask you to think about people and organize as always a festive mood for people at every station in case of need”, said the President of Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine also asked to provide voters and members of the commissions with food if it is necessary.
