Victor Yushchenko has sent a letter to Ivan Dombrovsky, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, to inform him that, according to yesterday’s report by the Security Service, there are signs of corruption in the actions of one of the justices of the Constitutional Court, who is “playing a key role” in a hearing regarding the constitutionality of his decree disbanding parliament, according to the President`s press-office.

Yushchenko also believes there have been quite a few violations of the procedure rules of the Constitutional Court in the case.
