A gas explosion with a further ignition took place in Dniprovskyi district in Kyiv at the first floor of the four-storeyed building at Rogozovska Street, 1 at night. As a result 5 people were hospitalized.
The press service of the Emergency Ministry disclosed to UNIAN that two squads of the State Fire Station extinguished the fire in an hour. 5 people were evacuated during extinguishing the fire at the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The reason of the explosion is under investigation.
