“It did not happen. They are the members of the parliament. The other thing is that they violate the discipline, they do not take part in the parliament`s work. That is another issue, but nobody deprived them of the salary”, Moroz said.
According to UNIAN, Oleksandr Yefremov, chief of the Verkhovna Rada Committee of order, deputy ethics and parliamentary activities, declared that the members of the parliament, who do not participate in the parliament work, would not receive the salary in full.
The same day, Verkhovna Rada Speaker Oleksandr Moroz ordered the Verkhovna Rada order committee to learn the issue of further financing the lawmakers, who do not take part in Verkhovna Rada plenary sessions and committee meetings.
