Zvarych supposes Judges Congress is necessary for new Constitutional Court formation

President’s Representative in Verkhovna Rada Roman Zvarych supposes that Judges Congress is necessary for new Constitutional Court formation, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

“Our Ukraine” press service noted it. “Judges Congress is an attempt to depoliticize a situation in a judicial branch, especially, the situation, which is in the Constitutional Court”, Zvarych said.

“I think a present Constitutional Court staff discredited itself so much that it is impossible to talk about any attempt to save its face. The best would be to start from the very beginning and form such a judiciary, which could pass objective and politically disengaged judgments”, he said.
