Security Service investigates charges against Tsushko – Shemchuk

Security Service investigates charges against Interior minister Tsushko, according to an UNIAN correspondent.

Acting Prosecutor General Viktor Shemchuk said it.

The reason of the investigation is an abuse of power. Security Service is charged with investigation.

“I think to interrogate him as a suspected and choose a restraint are in an investigator’s competence”, Shemchuk said. He added that yesterday we all were the witnesses of how the Interior Minister illegally ordered to attack Prosecutor General`s Office.

“I think it is only a matter of time. Specific decisions will be made versus him according to the existing legislation”, Acting Prosecutor General noted.
