President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has offered condolences to Prime Minister of Japan Naoto Kan on the occasion of earthquakes and subsequent tsunamis that hit Japan causing extensive damage and loss of human lives, according to the Press office of President Viktor Yanukovych.
