Viktor Yanukovych is convinced the Verkhovna Rada must properly operate over a certain period. The PM said this paying a working visit to the Odessa Oblast, according to the government’s press-office.
“No doubt there is necessity for the VR to act over a certain period. As a matter of fact, I don’t realize the attitude of President, his negative treatment of VR work. The state should live its regular life… The Constitution envisages uninterrupted activity of all power branches which is vital for the society. We will insist on the Parliament to be operating, capable and able to adopt laws which are to ensure stable development of the state,” the Head of the Government opined.
In this connection the Prime Minister vowed that at his nearest meeting with the President of Ukraine he would insist on prolonging the VR work.
