After a 2 hour break, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has resumed its consideration of Yulia Tymoshenko’s complaint over the illegality of the resolution of the Prosecutor General’s Office on the opening of a criminal against her in connection with the 2009 gas agreements, according to Official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.

The session was moved to a bigger courtroom that can fit a large number of people. Members of parliament, representatives of online, TV and print media are in attendance. Judge Halyna Suprun is presiding over the case.

Yesterday, Yulia Tymoshenko’s defender, Serhiy Vlasenko, asked for an adjournment because the court had not given him the opportunity to review the materials of the prosecutor’s office that were the basis for the criminal case opened against Yulia Tymoshenko.
