The parliament is authorized “in all terms” today. The Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Oleksandr Moroz said this information today during the conciliatory session.
According to UNAIN correspondent, he said that the parliament fulfilled its part concerning the leaving of fractions by the parliament members of BYUT and “Our Ukraine”.
At the same time Moroz noted that this procedure has not finished yet by these political powers. He thinks that the conventions of these blocks should be held, which would take decision on these questions.
“ Let they decide and give materials to the Central Electoral Commission”, said Moroz. According to his words, on the base of the decisions of the conventions the Central Electoral Commission should take decisions concerning the cessation of the deputy’s powers.
He thinks that the preceding decisions of conventions before the declaration of the statements on the Verkhovna Rada sessions are illegal.
