Judge Rodion Kireyev has banned photography and video recording inside the courtroom where the case against Yulia Tymoshenko over gas agreements signed in 2009 is being heard, according to Official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.
The judge said that the indictment, which will be read by Lilya Frolova, contains statements made by Yulia Tymoshenko during the pre-trial investigation and that based on the court decision, live broadcast of the proceedings was allowed only until this point.
The judge said that representatives of the media have the right to be in the courtroom during the proceedings.
