A break is the court hearing on the criminal case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yu. Tymoshenko is announced till 13.45 pm for making decision on the motion of the state prosecution concerning changing of preventive punishment towards the former Prime Minister till 13.45 pm.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev announced this decision.
Lawmakers started chanting “Shame!” after announcement of this decision.
Yu. Tymoshenko said to the court that the decision on changing of preventive punishment towards her had been prepared earlier. “If this situation finishes in this way, I believe that we were informed correctly. Reprisal, so let it be a reprisal. You should better shoot me”, said Yu. Tymoshenko.
