Judge Kireyev refuses to consider his disqualification

Judge Rodion Kireyev has left without consideration a motion filed by the defense to disqualify him from this case, claiming it is an attempt by the defense to delay the trial, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

The defense accused the judge of not providing defense counsel adequate time to become acquainted with the case and regularly committing violations during the court proceedings.
