Time of military blocs becomes thing of past – Yanukovych

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych believes that a time of the military blocs becomes a thing of the past and security issues should be solved with a help of other institutions.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this at the 8th forum of Yalta European Strategy in Livadia (Yalta, Crimea) today.

“Obviously, the time of solving security issues on the basis of blocs and some regional alliances becomes thing of past a bit. We live in a post bloc world and we should find new formulas for its save development”, said V. Yanukovych.
