About 100 representatives of mass media, including foreign mass media, gather in the courtroom of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv. There are waiting for a start of announcing of the sentence upon ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmakers are not present in this courtroom.
All benches were removed, all journalists are standing.
However not all mass media representatives could get into the courtroom. That is why they remained in the yard of the court. A lot of journalists even could not get into the yard of the court.
Yulia Tymoshenko is already in the courtroom. Entering the courtroom she said: “Glory to Ukraine!”. Her husband Oleksandr Tymoshenko and her daughter Eugenia Carr stay with her. Husband hugged Yu. Tymoshenko and daughter kissed her.
Addressing journalists Yulia Tymoshenko said: “This sentence will not change anything. I will struggle for Ukraine, its freedom and independence”. She said again that this sentence was written by President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych.
