Yulia Tymoshenko: European court to overturn this unjust ruling

Former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko is confident the European Court of Human Rights will overthrow the ruling by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv to imprison her over the gas contracts signed in 2009, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

“I’m certain that the European court will cancel this unjust ruling,” Yulia Tymoshenko said after the judge announced his verdict and sentenced her to 7 years in jail.

“Today the Constitution and justice in Ukraine are being trampled and no one can rely on these courts. This is a very difficult and important moment. Be together! Be strong! Glory to Ukraine!,” Yulia Tymoshenko as she left the courtroom.
