The guilty verdict in the trial against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko can be appealed within 15 days, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.
“The Pechersk District Court’s decision can be appealed in the Kyiv Court of Appeal within15 days of its announcement,” Judge Rodion Kireyev said while reading his decision in the criminal case against the ex-premier.
The judge today sentenced Yulia Tymoshenko to 7 years in jail for exceeding her powers under article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
