Pechersk District Court of Kyiv had to carry over a consideration of the criminal case against ex Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko because of illness of his ex driver Leonid Prystuplyuk today.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, one of the lawyers of Leonid Prystuplyuk said at today’s court hearing that the client will have a hospital treatment till Friday at the very least, and doctors will decide today whether it is necessary to perform an operation on a patient or not.
Commenting on this situation, Y. Lutsenko accused representatives of prosecutor`s office of illness of Leonid Prystuplyuk having called upon them “to repent in church”, because it was the Interior Security Service of the Interior Ministry, who took Leonid Prystuplyuk away from hospital on the instructions of the prosecutor`s office and did not give him a possibility to undergo a course of medical treatment, and his illness became aggravated.
The next court hearing should take place on December 12, at 9.10 am.
