Emergency Minister Nestor Shufrych is sure that for the cancellation of the deputy immunity it is not necessary to carry out the early election, because the parliament can take decision at any moment.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, N. Shufrych said this during the visit to the Volyn region.
“In order to cancel the deputy immunity in is not necessary to carry out election – regular or early”, said he.
N. Shufrych said that at each session the corresponding amendments can be voted, but the VR of the 5th convocation did not vote for the cancellation of the deputy immunity and has a right for this.
He is sure that this decision can be taken at every moment today, because the corresponding bill went through all expert estimations of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
