Prosecutor General to try to jail Kuchma one more time

Prosecutor General of Ukraine Victor Pshonka stated that they will appeal against the Pechersk District Court`s decision in a part concerning cancellation of resolution of the prosecutor’s office on instituting a criminal case against Leonid Kuchma on Monday.

He said this on the air of Inter television channel.

V. Pshonka underlined: “We do not agree with this decision. We believe that the criminal case should be investigated and considered completely in the court”.
