Tymoshenko refused to take part in today’s court hearing of Kyiv Court of Appeal – source

Ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko refused to take part in today’s court hearing of Kyiv Court of Appeal, which should continue consideration of her complaint on the sentence of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv concerning “gas case”.

An informed source disclosed to UNIAN that in the morning Yu. Tymoshenko asked doctors of the pre-trial prison to inject her pain killers in order she can take part in the court hearing.

However, according to the words of the interlocutor of the agency, when a special car with Yulia Tymoshenko inside arrived to the building of the court, she, pleading a backache, asked to take her back to the pre-trial prison.
